First, figure out what you are doing at each address you go to. Are you picking something up, dropping something off, both, or visiting for another reason entirely?

2. Click “Add a single Order”.
3. Click the drop-down menu to select whether you want “Pickup”, “Dropoff”, “Service”, or “Pickup & Dropoff”.
4. When you select “Pickup”, “Dropoff”, or “Pickup & Dropoff” you’ll be able to enter in a Load Capacity.
5. Enter in the rest of the details of the Order.
6. If you’ve selected “Pickup & Dropoff” you’ll need to enter the origin and destination information in the same window. Just click the “Pickup” and “Dropoff” tabs to enter the information.

7. Click "Apply Now" to save your changes.
