You can export your entire route to an Excel sheet. There are a few reasons why you’d want to do this, but two common ones are:

You hand them out to your Drivers.
You can do this by clicking on Export Routes:

Export to Excel file - an Excel file of your routes

Export to Excel with Proofs of Delivery - an Excel file of your routes with a folder filled with the Proof of Delivery items

Export to CSV file - a CSV file of your routes

Export to CSV file with Proofs of Delivery - a CSV file of your routes with a folder filled with the Proof of Delivery items
When exporting with Proofs of Delivery, you will also receive any notes, signatures or pictures captured by the Driver when using the Mobile 360 feature on the Route Manager Mobile App.
The export itself is very straightforward (samples are included below), but there are some items worth spending some extra time on.
You’ll of course have the name of the customer/business you visited, address, service time, and any other characteristics of the Orders you uploaded.
But you’ll also get metrics information about the plan to review - though some (like Time in and Time Out) are only available if you have our Route Manager 360 package.
The date the Order was visited.

Stop Number | The number of stops up to each Order. The same address with multiple Orders is considered one stop. |
Order Number | The Order ID assigned to this Order in Route Manager (1.1, 1.2, etc). |
The time Route Manager estimates the Vehicle/Driver will arrive based on check-ins from the Route Manager Mobile App.

The original time that was assigned to this Order when the plan was built (different than the “Current Schedule”)

The time that the Driver checked into that Order in the Mobile App
|
|
The time that Route Manager believes your Driver arrived based on the GPS location collected from the Mobile App

Will say "Mi" if miles or "KM" if kilometers. This is only present until the order is completed, and is the distance from one Order to the next.

The Driving Time from one Order to the next.

The amount of Idle Time (time spent not driving or servicing an Order) spent waiting at an address.

Distance Left | Will say "Mi" if miles or "KM" if kilometers. Distance left until route completion. This is only present until orders are completed. |
Total Working Time | The total Working Time (time spent driving + service time at each Order) a Vehicle was projected to have. |
Driving Time Left | Remainder of planned Driving Time left on route. |
Idle Time Left | Amount of Idle Time left in the current route. |
Total Service Time | The total amount of time spent at each Order in this route plan. |
Total Stops | Amount of times your Vehicle must stop (Example: 2 Orders at one address is one "Stop") |
Total Orders | Total number of Orders planned for this vehicle. |
Tags assigned to a Vehicle in this route plan

These will be any custom fields you brought into Route Manager and will keep the same name you gave them. You may have up to 20.

If you have a Territory in your account that works past midnight you will have 7 additional columns in your export to account for the two different days your Orders can be served on.
Current Schedule Date | The date that Route Manager projects the Order will be served on after check-in and check-outs from the Mobile App |
Planned Schedule Date | The date that Route Manager scheduled your Order to be served |
Time In Date | The date that your Driver checked into an Order |
Time Out Date | The date that your Driver checked out of an Order |
Auto Time In Date | The date that the Route Manager Mobile App detected your Driver arrived at an Order |
Auto Time Out Date | The date that the Route Manager Mobile App detected your Driver departed an Order |
Status Date | The date that the Driver sent back a status update about an Order |
