Capture Photos with the Route Manager Mobile App

Drivers can use the WorkWave Route Manager Mobile App to record notes, signatures, and photos about the Orders they visit. You will need to have the WorkWave Route Manager 360 option enabled to do this.

To take and save photos at the different Orders, follow these steps:

1. Inside the Route Manager App, first, click on the Order you are visiting. Then, click on the arrow by the check in/check out buttons. 


2. On the Order’s detail screen click the camera icon.

3. Select the photo to be taken to the most recent photos in your gallery. Click the camera button to take a new photo (A). Or, tap the photos you want to upload (B) and then click “Next”.

4. You will see the photos you selected. Click “Save” to send them back to your dispatcher or click the pen on the photo(s) to add a note to the photo.

5. If entering notes, click “Edit Notes”

6. Enter your notes on your keyboard and click “Save”

7. Your notes will appear on your photos. Click “Save”

8. The camera icon on the Order detail screen will be highlighted in green to let you know that you have a saved photo.
