Capture Photos with the WorkWave Route Manager Mobile App

Drivers can use the WorkWave Route Manager Mobile App to record notes, signatures, and photos about the Orders they visit. You will need to have the WorkWave Route Manager 360 option enabled to do this.

To take and save photos at the different Orders, follow these steps:

1. Inside the Route Manager App click on the Order you are visiting (1). Then, click on the arrow by the check in/check out buttons (2). 


2. On the Order’s detail screen click the "Camera" icon.

3. Click the "Camera" button to take a new photo (1), or check the photos you want to upload (2) and then click “Next”.

4. You will see the photo/s you selected. Click “Save” to send back to your dispatcher, or click the "Pen" on the photo/s to add a note to the photo/s.

5. If entering notes, click “Edit Notes”.

6. Enter your notes on your keyboard and click “Save”.

7. Your notes will appear on your photos. Click “Save”.

8. The "Camera" icon on the Order detail screen will be highlighted in green to let you know that you have a saved photo.
