Drivers can use the WorkWave Route Manager Mobile App to record notes, signatures, and photos about the Orders they visit. You will need to have the WorkWave Route Manager 360 option enabled to do this.
To take and save signatures at different Orders, follow these steps:
1. Inside the Route Manager App, first, click on the Order you are visiting. Then, click on the arrow by the check in/check out buttons.
2. On the Order’s detail screen, click the pen icon.
3. Your device will rotate and you will be able to capture a signature and a name. Enter your customer’s name for them (1) and then have your customer sign for the delivery in the grey box (2). They can just use their finger.
If the customer makes a mistake while signing, click “Clear”.
4. Click “Save” when you’re done.
5. The pen icon in the Order schedule screen will be highlighted in green to let you know that there is a signature there.
6. Return to your itinerary by clicking the back button.
