Drivers can use the WorkWave Route Manager Mobile App to record notes, signatures, and photos about the Orders they visit. You will need to have the WorkWave Route Manager 360 option enabled to do this.
To take and save notes at different Orders, follow these steps:
1. Inside the Route Manager App, first, click on the Order you are visiting. Then, click on the arrow by the check in/check out buttons.
2. The Order schedule screen will come up. Click the folded paper to take a note.
3. Enter your note and click “Save”
4. The paper will turn green to tell you that you have a note for this Order.
6. Click the back button to go back to your itinerary.
