When your Driver checks in and out of a stop, tells you the Order is done or needs to be rescheduled, or uploads a Proof of Delivery the WorkWave Route Manager Mobile App records the geolocation of the event. You can check each of these inside of WorkWave Route Manager.
The accuracy of the geolocations do depend on cell phone and GPS reception, so some variance can occur.
1. Select an Order that your Driver has used the App to check in at (these Orders will be grey).
2. The Order information window will pop up on your map. Click the “Execution” tab.
3. Click “Event Details”
4. In the Execution Details window, you will see the reported check in and check out with a geomarker next to them.
5. Click each geomarker to check where your Driver’s mobile device recorded their location on the map below.
6. You can also check the reported location for signatures and photos. Hover over the image and click the geomarker symbol.
