Why Can't I Track Events in my Mobile App? (For Drivers)

In order to take full advantage of the Mobile 360 functionality (marking arrival, status, and departure, proofs of delivery, etc.) the WorkWave subscription plan must allow for this, so please check with your office that the plan in use is WorkWave Route Manager 360.

If the subscription plan is right, please verify with your office that the "Event Tracking" box is checked for the Vehicle you have been assigned to . This can be done in the Vehicle Settings section.
