How can I Change my Account Settings or Password?

1. Click on your name in the upper right corner of WorkWave Route Manager
 

2. Click on “Account Settings” or "Change Password"
 

3. A new window will open and you can change your Details, Preferences, or Password

 Descriptions
Your First Name
Your Last Name
 Your Email
 Your County
 Your Time Zone
 
 Preferences 
  Descriptions  
Date Format
Either MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY
Time Format
Either 12 or 24 hour time (this only affects how Route Manager displays time - not how you can upload it)

Distance Format
 
Either Imperial (inches and feet) or Metric

Currency
 
Your Country Currency
 

API Integration

API Key needed for API Integration.
4. Click “Save” when you are done.
