Using the Map on the Mobile App

By using the Map feature on the WorkWave Route Manager Mobile App, you are able to visually see your Orders on the map, hide completed Orders and check in and out directly from that screen. 

Step 1: In the Mobile App, select the menu button at the top of your screen. 


Step 2: Choose the Map icon to launch the Map view. 

Here, you can see all of the Orders pushed out to your Driver on the map.

Step 3: Select Orders on the map by tapping on any one of your Orders. This will bring up the customer name and any information tied to it. From here, you are able to Navigate to the Order.

If you have the WorkWave Mobile 360 Package you can also select your arrival and departure time and even send notes to your Dispatcher all from this screen.  


Step 4: When an Order turns gray, this tells you that you have successfully completed that Order. You can hide all finished Orders to clean up your screen by selecting the icon at the top.

This will only show the Orders that you have not completed yet. 

The same view can also be found by selecting the icon on the main screen.
