Using Tags to Set Order Days

Frequency is when you have Orders that repeat on a weekly basis.

By using our Required/Banned tag features you can specify which days of the week your Orders are Eligible to be served without knowing the specific date.

You can do this by first adding days to your Excel/CSV upload and then by adding Tags to your Vehicles."
Step 1: Create your Required Tags column in your Excel file
Step 2: Next to each Order under the Required Tags column, label what day of the week they will be assigned to if they have a frequency. If it does not matter which day of the week your Order is assigned to, leave the field blank.

Create an Exception for each day of the week your Vehicles work on. On each day’s Exception, you will create a Required Tag that corresponds to that day of the week.
For Example: In the Monday Exception, create a Tag named “Monday” . The Tuesday Exception will have a Tag named “Tuesday”

Step 1: In your Vehicle Settings, create an Exception for each day of the week you are working by first selecting Add Exception at the bottom left of the screen.

Step 2: A new box will open and give you two options to pick from


Step 3: Select the Weekly Exception


Step 4: Click the “Day” field. Type in the day of the week you want this Exception on and Select “Create”


The new Exceptions will be on the left side of your screen once Created.


Step 5: Create your Tags

When you Import your Excel file and map to the Required Tags field, the Orders with the “Monday” Tag will be assigned only on Mondays and so on with the other days of the week.

If you have an Order that is done on more than just one day a week, you will duplicate that Order for each additional day they are being serviced.

In this example, the Order is going to be repeated on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
