WorkWave Route Manager can optimize a plan really quickly compared to other solutions or compared to manual routing, but sometimes it feels like it takes a while and you're not sure why.
Here are a few reasons to think about why:
- You're planning for more than 2500 Orders. Instead of 15-30 seconds, this could take 30-45.
- You're planning for 4000+ Orders.
- If you do not have enough Vehicles/resources to serve all of your Orders the time to process the route will also go up as Route Manager tries to serve as many Orders as possible.
- Your internet connection is slowing down. While we process the route on our own servers the actual sending and receiving of the before and after may take a bit longer (and shows as "Optimizing" to you).
