Proximity Clustering - Grouping Addresses not at the same Location

For your business needs, you may want to be able to tell WorkWave Route Manager to group together Orders that are not at the same address, but are nearby each other. This is called Proximity Clustering. If you are interested in activating this feature, please reach out to our Support Team by submitting a Support Ticket. Proximity Clustering is a setting that is "hidden" in the software that will allow the planner to group Orders together that within a defined amount of distance (meters/yards). 


The defined clustering radii that can be set are:
Note: "Exact same location (default)" produces Grouped Orders at the same address.
 

 
In the pictures below, we've used the Proximity Clustering of 30 meters/33 yards. We have a total of 8 Orders on the route, but only a total of 3 Stops are required to complete these 8 Orders
 

 
You can easily view the total number of Stops and the total number of Orders from "Routes" view. The example below uses Proximity Clustering.
 

 
When not using Proximity Clustering, there will be 8 Orders that are at 8 different Stops:
