Then, you can define different types of Orders in WorkWave Route Manager by using different column names in your Excel or CSV. These column names are not required, but can be helpful when mapping your fields. Excel Templates are included for your convenience at the bottom of this article.
Pickup
A Pickup occurs whenever you are going somewhere and putting something on your truck. If you’re defining a series of Pickups in your Excel/CSV file you can call them “Pickup”:

Service
A Service occurs whenever you are going somewhere and nothing is being put on or taken off of your Vehicle (example: a sales call). If you’re defining a series of Services in your Excel/CSV file you can call them “Service”:
