What is Proof of Delivery?

Proof of Delivery in WorkWave Route Manager is our term for information sent back to you from your Driver through the WorkWave Route Manager Mobile App or 3rd party app of your choice.

This information takes the form of Photos, Signatures, or Notes that your Driver takes or captures at each Order. Each of those items also has a geotag associated with them, so you can check to make sure that your Driver was where they said they were when the information was recorded.

You can view these items inside of WorkWave Route Manager itself, bring them to your own system through the Route Manager API, or Export them as organized attachments to your computer.
