Export your Routes with Proof of Delivery

Drivers can use the WorkWave Route Manager Mobile App to record notes, signatures, and photos about the Orders they visit. You can then view this information inside of WorkWave Route Manager or you can export the notes, photos, and signatures to your computer. You will need to have the WorkWave Route Manager 360 option enabled to do this.

1. As your Drivers send back information to WorkWave Route Manager or when the routes are done for the day, select the Vehicle/Driver routes you want to save.


2. Click the arrow on “Export Routes” and then select “Export to Excel with Proofs of Delivery” or “Export to CSV with Proofs of Delivery”.

3. A .zip file will download in your browser. In Google Chrome and Microsoft browsers, this will be towards the bottom of your screen. In Mozilla Firefox and Apple’s Safari, this will be in your downloads section.

4. Open the zip file and extract the folders inside. Your operating system will have a method to do this.

5. You will see an Excel/CSV file that contains all of your routes as well as folders for each Vehicle that sent back Proof of Delivery information. 

6. Open each Vehicle’s folder to see the Orders that have information attached.


7. The Orders will be labeled with the baseline ID assigned to it by Route Manager

8.  Open each Order to view the files inside. Signatures will be inside the Vehicle folder, notes will be text files, and notes about pictures will be numbered to match the picture.
