Approve and Dispatch - Selective Approval

Approve and Dispatch Selective Approval allows you to send routes to your Drivers on the Mobile App, and allows you to choose which dates, or which routes, you would like to approve!  

Now in the "Approve and Dispatch" there are three options:
  • Approve and Dispatch Days - this gives the flexibility to choose which 4 dates, that have routes, should be approved
  • Approve and Dispatch Selected Routes - this gives the flexibility to select only specific routes to approve
  • Revoke Selected Routes - this gives the ability to revoke an approval, only for specific routes

 
Approve and Dispatch Days:

Click the drop down for "Approve and Dispatch", and choose "Approve and Dispatch Days". You can only choose 4 dates, however they do not have to be consecutive - they just need to have routes built on them:
 

1) The current day will be listed on top - click "Approve" to approve this date.
Note: The current date + any three dates in the future that have routes built on them can be approved. If the current date is not approved, you can only approve any three dates in the future that have routes built.

2) For dates in the future, click the calendar icon. 

3) Choose a date from the calendar, then click on "+Approve and Dispatch" - repeat this as needed.

 
4) Click "Done", then click "Apply Now" to save your Approved Routes.

Approve and Dispatch Selected Routes:

You can work with a single calendar day or across multiple days for Selected Routes.
 

 
1) While in Routes View, select the routes you would like to approve for this date/s.
 
 
2) Click the drop down for "Approve and Dispatch", and choose "Approve and Dispatch Selected Routes".
 

 
3) Click "Apply Now" to save the approval for your Selected Routes. You will see that routing numbers have been applied to the Orders, and the Show/Hide Approved Plan button will appear.
 

 
Revoke Selected Routes:

There may be occasions where a route that has already been approved, needs to be revoked. Revoking routes can be done across multiple calendar days, as long as your calendar shows that group of days.
 

 
1) While in Routes View, select the routes you would like to revoke. 
 

 
2) Click the drop down for "Approve and Dispatch", and choose "Revoke Selected Routes".
 

 
3) Click "Apply Now" to save the revoke for your Selected Routes. You will see that routing numbers have been removed from the Orders.
